Practice
Practice real questions, free
Practice sessions cost nothing and they never spend minutes. That is deliberate: the reps are the part of preparation most people skip, and nothing about them should be metered.

What you can work on
The reps that actually move
Behavioural questions
The tell-me-about-a-time family that most interviews lean on.
Questions for your role
Drawn for the job you are preparing for rather than from a generic list.
Answers with a shape
Structure like the STAR method, which is where most of the work happens.
As many reps as you want
Run the same question again until the answer sounds like you meant it.
Free, and what isn't
Practice is free. Minutes are for live interviews.
A minute is a minute of live mock interview: the real-time voice conversation, and only that. Practice sessions do not spend minutes at all, and you see what a session will cost before it starts.
- Free
- Practice sessions, as many as you want
- Questions for the role you are targeting
- Spends minutes
- Live mock interviews, for the time you are actually in one
Progress
Improvement is not a feeling
Reps on their own build fluency, and fluency is easy to mistake for progress. The measure worth watching is your calibration: the distance between how you thought a session went and how it actually went. Intervana tracks that across sessions.
It closes with reps, which is the argument for practice being free. The more sessions you have behind you, the more the number means.
